Danisco Culture Changes:  Effective May 31, 2013, Danisco is removing TA60, TA61 and TA62 from their rotation and replacing with STAR 22, 24, 26.  They are also removing LBC82 and are currently redefining another culture to fit this market.  The Cheese Connection LLC has purchased enough TA to hold our clients through May.
